Schmitz orga­nic liver pate

We are par­ti­cu­lar­ly proud of our orga­nic liver sau­sa­ge. Pro­du­ced with all the know­ledge of our master but­chers and the care­ful use of orga­nic pork, which is sub­ject to the strict cri­te­ria of orga­nic qua­li­ty. Our orga­nic meat is finely chop­ped and cooked in-house in the tra­di­tio­nal butcher’s way to achie­ve the creamy con­sis­ten­cy typi­cal of Schmitz.

Schmitz Orga­nic Seeds

We love our orga­nic flax, pro­du­ced exclu­si­ve­ly in Colo­gne. The natu­ral casings are care­ful­ly filled by hand; selec­ted orga­nic spices and the gentle coo­king in a tra­di­tio­nal­ly pre­pa­red cauld­ron broth ulti­mate­ly give it the unique Schmitz taste. The Euro­pean Com­mis­si­on even awar­ded the North Rhine-West­pha­li­an food spe­cia­li­ty the “Pro­tec­ted Geo­gra­phi­cal Indi­ca­ti­on” (PGI) seal of appro­val in 2016. This means that it may only be pro­du­ced in a clear­ly defi­ned geo­gra­phi­cal, pro­duc­tion area.
